It is hard for young people to mindfully scan themselves for talents, passion, life vision, cognitive and thinking type definitions that would perfectly fit for a certain occupational path. Same may be valid for a person who is in the middle of their career or senior in their profession. Half of all students or professionals drop out of their once chosen path. We show ways how to keep the red career thread through adequate tests, analysis, and practical coaching support.

We have only this one precious life that we are entitled to create. Three quarters of a day we spend in wakefulness fulfilling obligations in our profession – during this time, we have the right to follow our ambition to do exactly what really corresponds to our values, visions, character traits and cognitive abilities.

This is where we provide direction setting

Modul 1:

Analyse cognitive, emotional, creative, and technical capabilities. Evaluate key aspects of interests and intuitive type and life conduct preference. Raise awareness about talents/passions (up to 6 hrs.)

Modul 2:

How do you act? How do you think, decide, collect information, plan your day? What does motivate you? How do you learn and work intuitively well? – Self reflection/test (Up to 3 hrs.)

Modul 3:

Job Interview – indiv. Prep work (up to 2 hrs.)

Modul 4:

Targeted research to find adequate company/university, application, motivation letter set-up (up to 4 hrs.)

Modul 5:

CV Design (up to 2 hrs.)

Modul 6:

Exam nerves – fear to fail – What can you do?

Modul 7:

Positioning and goal definition / orientation renewal – What have I reached so far? What is it that I still want to do – from vision to action?
